This Agreement shall be deemed to be an agreement entered into in the State of Wisconsin and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Users agree that any action brought under this Agreement must be venued in the Brown County Circuit Court or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, both such courts being located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Any claim or cause of action made by any user with respect to this Website shall be commenced within one year after the cause of action or claim arises or be forever barred. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement are not affected or impaired in any way. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between you and CorLife with respect to the subject matter hereof.
